Basic Sizing Guides

The following sizing guide is the generic one that we have created to help fit swimmers into team style workout suits. This is just a starting point you may need to move up or down a size or two depending on how tight or loose fitting you prefer your suits. 

If you are having trouble getting into a suit that you believe is the proper size, instead of sending it back to us for the next side up right away, check out our Basic Tips for Getting Comfortably in a Suit and try some of them first. These are especially helpful for when you are trying to get into a racing suit.

The Male Suits and Drag Short guide is the same. All the Male suits are done by waist size. Again you may want to move up or down a size or two depending on how tight you want the suit to fit. For women looking for a drag suit or Male suit bottom refer to the women's sizing guide above because the sizes do translate well. For Drag Shorts it is recommended that you start at your suit size and go up in size depending on how much drag you wish to have.
